Congregations, trusts and societies in India often run a dozen institutions — schools, colleges, hostels, hospitals, technical centres — each with its own principal, its own accounts and its own way of keeping records. The province office, meanwhile, is asked for consolidated figures at short notice.
Province Management sits above our institutional software and consolidates it. Each institution continues to run its own system exactly as before. The province office gets a single login that shows every institution side by side: strength, staff, fee collection, dues, expenditure, and whatever else the province defines as its reporting set.
Institutions that are not yet computerised can still be included, by entering a short monthly return, so that the consolidated picture is complete from the first month rather than the day the last institution comes online.
