Site visit and survey

We look at your gates, blocks and power points, count the terminals you actually need, and agree where each one goes.

Installation and networking

Terminals are mounted and connected to your network. Where there is no cabling, we work over WiFi or a local hotspot.

Enrolment

Each member of staff or student is enrolled once — a few seconds per face. Existing employee data is imported from your own list, so nothing is retyped.

Shift and rule setup

We configure your working hours, shifts, grace minutes, holidays and leave rules together with your office, until the register matches the way you already work.
