1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hungry Minds SaaS platform (including the AI apps, ERP suites, and API services), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the Hungry Minds suite within your designated institution, in accordance with your subscription plan.

3. User Responsibilities

Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials and for ensuring that data uploaded to the platform complies with local educational regulations. We are not responsible for user-uploaded content.

4. SLA and Uptime

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for all core ERP and AI services. Maintenance periods will be communicated 48 hours in advance where possible.

5. Modifications

Hungry Minds reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes an agreement to the newly updated terms.
